Strawberry Beet Smoothie

I detest beets. I have tried- roasted beets, shaved beets and goat cheese, borscht. The strawberries make this one palatable, even to me!

Strawberry Beet Smoothie

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 large beet peeled
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • t tbsp chia seeds plus some for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
