Welcome to the healthy side of the blog. Here I only share the recipes that are “good for you.” These dishes are delicious and guilt free. Mostly gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free, there are also some vegetarian options. As I explore my own personal health journey*, I will be adding recipes continually so check back often! I’ve broken the recipes down into categories but please be aware that there many overlaps. For instance, my Warm Black Bean and Chickpea Dip is gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and refined sugar free. And delicious. Most of the recipes are keto and paleo friendly but please cross reference your own diet plans as I have not personally followed either of these.

These recipes strictly exclude gluten although I am a big fan of oats, which are sometimes controversial in the GF world. Just in case, I stick with Red Mill’s GF oats.
