Cocktail
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, save peel
- 1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup
- 3-4 oz club soda
- ice
- dash Brew Glitter Gold
- black sugar for the rim
Vanilla Simple Syrup
- 1 vanilla bean sliced and beans scraped out
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Vanilla Simple Syrup
- Combine the scraped vanilla bean, sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir occasionally until all the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
- Remove the bean and store the syrup in a mason jar at room temperature.
Cocktail
- Using the peel of the lemon, wipe around the rim of the glass.
- Pour black sugar into a bowl and dip the rim until covered as desired.
- In the cocktail shaker, combine vodka, lemon juice, syrup, glitter and ice. Shake.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Add club soda and enjoy!
