- 750 ml white wine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 oranges
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 4 star anise
- 16 whole cloves
- 2 inches ginger root peeled
Add wine, water, sugar, honey and juice to the pot. Mix until the sugar dissolves.
Stud the oranges with cloves. Slice oranges in half.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot. Slow cook for 2 hours. Enjoy!!
