Mulled Chardonnay

I am a hot tea drinker so the idea of a comforting mug of hot wine? umm, yes please. The mix of spices and fruits will make your house so cozy and sets a great atmosphere for a party.

Inspired by The Silent Patient, Alex Michaelides

This hot wine can also be quickly made on the stove; just follow all the instructions but simmer for 20-30 in a large pot. You don’t want to boil the liquid or the alcohol will evaporate.

Nerdy Fact

Did you know that Greeks invented mulled wine in the 2nd century? Any leftover wine that didn’t make it to the table from harvest they would dump spices in it and warm it up.

Have you tried making this recipe?? I’d love to hear your feedback. Please comment and rate! Peace & love, jenni
