Winter Energy Bites
These are my favorite go to snacks. These healthy bites will boost your energy. They're full of iron, fats and protein- perfect for a quick winter phase pick me up!

- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp flax seeds
- 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Mix together the honey, peanut butter and seeds. This makes it much easier to get all those little chia seeds incorporated throughout the batter.
Add oats and chocolate.
Form into 12 balls and enjoy! I like these as breakfast on the go with some hot tea.
