Winter Energy Bites
These are my favorite go to snacks. These healthy bites will boost your energy. They're full of iron, fats and protein- perfect for a quick winter phase pick me up!
Servings: 12 bites
Calories: 158kcal
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp flax seeds
- 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix together the honey, peanut butter and seeds. This makes it much easier to get all those little chia seeds incorporated throughout the batter.
- Add oats and chocolate.
- Form into 12 balls and enjoy! I like these as breakfast on the go with some hot tea.
