Nerdy Hummus Dressing
This hummus dressing is the perfect topping for salads, brown rice, roasted veggies and so much more! Hummus is made mostly from chickpeas which pack quite a nutritional punch. A mere tablespoon has 2 grams of fiber and 2 grams of protein. They’re also rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. Apple Spice Oatmeal
This is my new favorite fall breakfast! Fresh apples and warm spices make this super comforting and so healthy too. Make plenty for leftovers because they taste even better!
