Nerdy Hummus Dressing

This hummus dressing is the perfect topping for salads, brown rice, roasted veggies and so much more! Hummus is made mostly from chickpeas which pack quite a nutritional punch. A mere tablespoon has 2 grams of fiber and 2 grams of protein. They’re also rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron.
