Spicy and bright citrus notes will have you going back to this recipe again and again. Gluten and dairy free.     This is a super easy and fresh lunch or dinner idea. 15 minute prep time, serves 4. Ingredients 10oz canned tuna 1 English cucumber, diced 2 medium avocados, diced 4 stalks celery, diced small red onion, diced 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 2 Tbsp lemon juice 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp garlic powder salt & pepper to taste bread; I used a sturdy Sourdough Mix together all ingredients except Sourdough. Spread onto bread and enjoy!!
