Avocado Tuna Salad

This is a super easy and fresh lunch or dinner idea.
15 minute prep time, serves 4.
Ingredients
- 10oz canned tuna
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 2 medium avocados, diced
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- small red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- bread; I used a sturdy Sourdough
Mix together all ingredients except Sourdough. Spread onto bread and enjoy!!
