- 1 cup coconut almond milk
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1/2 cup strawberries washed and stemmed
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
