
Detox Cherry Smoothie Recipe
So I made a few unfriendly choices when it came to my body and food yesterday. This morning was a fresh new start and I wanted to give my body a reset. And voila- this smoothie was created. And it is delicious.

Detox Cherry Smoothie
This is a great way to start your day! (Especially if you've indulged the day before!)

- blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 large papaya seeds and rind removed
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 inch ginger root grated
- 2 cups coconut almond milk or plain almond milk will do
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds raw
- 2 tbsp flax seeds ground
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together. Enjoy and love your body!
