Ingredients
Iced Tea Cubes
- 16 oz water
- 2 blueberry tea bags
Honey and Charred Orange Simple Syrup
- 1 orange sliced into discs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
Cocktail
- 2 oz gin
- 3 oz club soda
- 1 oz honey and charred orange simple syrup
- 1 Iced Tea Cube
Instructions
Iced Tea Cube
- Bring the water to a simmer then steep the tea for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour into large cube molds and freeze.

Honey and Charred Orange Simple Syrup
- Heat orange slices over high heat in a cast iron skillet. Let char on both sides.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the honey, water and charred oranges.
- Stir until the honey dissolves, about 3 minutes.
- Strain syrup into a small jar. Let cool to room temperature.
Cocktail
- Pour gin, soda and syrup into a tumbler. Add the iced tea cube and enjoy!
