I’ve often wondered about how authors of thrillers/suspense can create such intense stories. This book gives us a twisted glimpse into the mind of such a writer. This book never stalled, never tripped. It was a full speed, twisty ride until the end. I didn’t want to put it down.     Ingredients 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 leeks, sliced 5 carrots, chopped 5 stalks celery, chopped 4 Tbsp butter 4 Tbsp flour 1 tsp dried thyme 2 tsp salt 6 cups chicken stock 1/2 cup heavy cream 10 oz fresh or frozen peas Dumplings 1 1/2  cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1  cup heavy cream 1 egg Heat oil in large dutch oven.     Flourless and rich chocolate goodness, this torte is a great treat for your gluten free friends. It tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen. In reality, it is so incredibly easy to make and takes only 6 ingredients.  Ingredients 1 cup unsalted butter 1/3 cup heavy cream 10 oz bittersweet chocolates (I use Ghirardelli 60% cocoa) 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 5 eggs you will also need:  9″ springform pan Preheat oven to 325.
