    Nerdy Hummus Dressing

    This hummus dressing is the perfect topping for salads, brown rice, roasted veggies and so much more! Hummus is made mostly from chickpeas which pack quite a nutritional punch. A mere tablespoon has 2 grams of fiber and 2 grams of protein. They’re also rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. This recipe has at least 3 of the recommended Luteal Phase foods: hummus (chickpeas) garlic this dressing is ideal for the luteal phase but healthy and delicious enough to use at any point in your cycle.     This is my new favorite fall breakfast! Fresh apples and warm spices make this super comforting and so healthy too. Make plenty for leftovers because they taste even better!     I love chocolate on just about anything. This sauce is not only dark and decadent, it also packs deep flavor and spicy, back of the tongue kick. It’s absolutely perfect for late night snacking. Nerdy Tip don’t have a double boiler? Try using two mixing bowls with hot water in the bottom bowl. try dipping a fresh, warm Bolillo roll in my Mexican Hot Chocolate Sauce. Weird but delish!!
