Vanilla Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10 oz bag chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375.
- Cream the butter and add the sugars. Mix.
- Add egg, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix.
- Add flour, soda and salt. Mix.
- Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Drop tablespoon sized balls onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 7-8 minutes, or until golden for soft chewy cookies.
