- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10 oz bag chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
Heat oven to 375.
Cream the butter and add the sugars. Mix.
Add egg, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix.
Add flour, soda and salt. Mix.
Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Drop tablespoon sized balls onto cookie sheet.
Bake 7-8 minutes, or until golden for soft chewy cookies.
