My husband loves to grill on game days and this salsa is a great companion to meats and veggies as well as chips.     Light and gorgeously green, this dish will brighten any table! Ingredients 1 T olive oil 1 shallot, thinly sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 16 oz frozen or fresh peas 1/4 cup chicken stock 1/4 tsp lemon juice salt & pepper Cook down shallots in oil. Add garlic and sauté for 1 more minute until fragrant. Add peas, stock, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until peas are tender, about 5 minutes. Top with tarragon butter.     This honey smells so divine. I love adding it to my morning Earl Grey tea.  24 hour prep time, 15 mins cook time, makes 1 cup Ingredients 2 Tbsp lavender blossoms  1 cup honey Heat honey until thinned. Stir in lavender. Pour into a container (I used a mason jar) and cover at room temperature for 24 hours.     This is a super easy and fresh lunch or dinner idea. 15 minute prep time, serves 4. Ingredients 10oz canned tuna 1 English cucumber, diced 2 medium avocados, diced 4 stalks celery, diced small red onion, diced 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 2 Tbsp lemon juice 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp garlic powder salt & pepper to taste bread; I used a sturdy Sourdough Mix together all ingredients except Sourdough. Spread onto bread and enjoy!!
