Smoked Ricotta and Quail Egg Ravioli

    November 14, 2020 / 1 Comment

There is nothing like the taste of a homemade pasta- talk about comfort food! Fill that pasta with the deep flavor of smoked cheese nesting tiny golden egg yolks and we are talking next level! I’ve got amuse-bouches.” Danny ticks the courses off on his fingers. “Then the truffled soup for starter. Then venison haunch for the carnies and mushroom ravioli for the veggies. Then créme brûlée for dessert. And then the cheese. Authentic Pesto Pasta with Parmesan

    October 21, 2020 / 0 Comments

You can make this pesto pasta as easy as you want. Buy the pasta and the pesto. Boil the pasta, drain and smother with pesto. Easy 10 minute dinner. No judgement. I do it the easy way often. I walk toward the kitchen. It’s 2025,…

Gluten Free Chicken Piccata with Zoodles

    October 14, 2020 / 0 Comments

I must admit, I was very skeptical of any noodle shaped vegetables replacing my pasta. I held off on the zoodle faze for a very long time but they have withstood the test of time. As I started cycle syncing and being more aware of how gluten affected my gut, I decided to buy some zucchini. This dish is delicious and healthy! The zoodles keep it light and the chicken is gluten free but the piccata keeps it tasty. Gourmet Mushroom Quesadillas

    September 30, 2020 / 0 Comments

I added “Gourmet” to the title because these are not your everyday quesadillas. These are “make them when company comes over” mushroom quesadillas. Gruyere cheese and an assortment of in season mushrooms kick this dish up a few notches. Have you tried this recipe?? I’d love to hear your feedback. Please comment and rate!
